Flute, Saxophone & Accordion. Musician. Composer. Arranger

Internationally acclaimed multi-instrumentalist, composer and arranger.
With an undeniable passion for Latin music, Israel-born Salit has performed in concerts across the globe, receiving acclaim for her virtuoso flute, saxophone and accordion skills.
Her profound musical insight, extraordinary versatility and unique mixture of sound, technique, interpretation and phrasing, led to performances and recordings with leading musicians like Yamandu Costa, Edmar Castaneda, Guinga, Chuchito Valdes, Ana Costa, and Mariene de Castro, as well as iconic Israeli artists such as David Broza, Gali Atari, Keren Peles, Nurith Hirsh and Danny Robas.
Salit has released three albums and appears on dozens of other recordings. In 2008 she founded Chorolê, an Israeli Choro Ensemble which infuses typical Brazilian Choro compositions with Jazzy tones and middle-eastern spices. Last year she co-founded QuatRio, a supergroup of world-class musicians, with a repertoire of original compositions creating a signature melting pot of Jazz, Brazilian and Mediterranean grooves.
